If I set a team to a player. How can I unset the team and the player can kill the other players of his old team?

So, example:
Your team now is: Team_1.
Now you left the Team_1 and you are in Team_2 and you are able to kill people from Team_1?
What should happen if you kill people from your previous team ( Team_1 ) ?
