Use AutoHotkey and bind it there so it will pop up if theres soemthing wrong with your key for example, or just use F6
Anwyays download Autohotkey and add this into the script

There is nothing wrong with the "T"key.
The only time it does not work, is when there is a dialog open.
When there's no dialog, it works fine.
If it doesn't, try to reinstall SA:MP, or just use the F6 key.
