Help fast! iTunes syncronisation to iPod touch

Does anyone know how to transfer a video to my iPod touch without letting iTunes deleting my non-owned apps?

I need an video over to my iPod. I do never hook it up to my computer.

plug it into your computer, and cancel the sync. Wait a bit, and go on the tab for your ipod, and there is a box that says manually manage music and videos

Do you see it? cause that was poorly explained.

I were uncrossing the application, music and that stuff, so it should only transfer the video, but it's still deleting the apps I don't want deleted.

you have to check the box that says to manually sync or something like that. then you have to drag and drop the video

I've draged my file to my movie folder. But still I need to syncronisate it to get it over to my iPod.

Guys, iTunes fucked it all up, all my apps is now gone.....................

I feel so angry at Apple for making this bullshit. No more worry.

Do you I don't... I plug my iPod in then cancel the sync then drag the vid unplug my iPod and it's there.

If you sync your ipod/iphone to one computer only, there is no problems.
