Can anyone can make /sendplayer?

I was trying to make /sendplayer but it wasnt possible as some things were bugged or some code's i didnt get it correctly!

The Command is like :: Usage: /sendplayer [ID1] [ID2] ... Thats means! ID Will be Tped to ID 2.
