Is 0.3c the last version of samp to be released? OR has the dev team taken a break for a while?

Precisely. It could be, but the chances of that are slim. I guess you are saying this because the "Current Development" message is not on the homepage.
This happens after every update, its called, and i dont want to sound mean to the thread starter but its the only way of putting it, "The SAMP Dev Team have a life too".

What do you see here? It says "Current Release: SA-MP 0.3c"; do you see "Final Release: SA-MP 0.3c"? I didn't think so!

Nah, it isn't the last version, It'll keep going, I hope. Because maybe, like RealCop228 said. It could be "Final Release: 0.3c" or something like that, it could be a big thing if it stops, and we will maybe get to know about it, also, this question was asked "232131231203929352" time, but after that the SA:MP continues and it will!
