-I don't understand what you mean, can you make clear what the problem is?

-You have to remove the if(!IsPlayerAdmin(playerid)) return; part of your script.
I don't know your script as I don't have it, so thats the only help i can give.

In your fliterscript section unload the base FS it has a kick ban and pm commands.
