Hi, how do I make a offline sa-mp server so no one can join the server, all I want to do is test my scripts out?

Put server off! or do in your server.cfg announce off

And Change Max Player To 1

I watched a tutorial online and it says I have to add this IP 127.0.0.1:7777 to use it offline but when I load Sa-mp up it says "The server didn't respond, Retrying".

Yeah the port was set at :7777 already.

Yes, do I have to do anything in portforward to use it as a offline server?
