Hey guys srry but i think i got irc download im looking for a script i have IRCA.pwn but i need the reset of the files to work on it and also one server irc i play on says guest when u have admin and op and cant use any cmds any ideas on how to fix it

i need a irc script to make a irc channel connected to a server and my friends servers ircs messed up if u come to it it says guest when i give admin and opn when u do !say with op and admin it says guest on irc and wont let u ban or kick from irc
