You can only attach a minigun, sadly you cannot make it actually shoot.

In 0.3c you can drive-by with minigun, this means you could have a passenger doing the shooting for you. :P

It is possible. in 0.3c there are shooting particle objects, you can use those when player is holding lmb. Then detech the rotation of the car and check if someone is in sight of the bullet. When the player / car is found decrease its hp.
