When i Compiler

check if the sampmysql.inc is in the server/pawno/includes directory.

Yes Sir it is there

It's either not there, or the permissions are wrong. A common mistake is to open the wrong pawno (often via an old shortcut) which has different includes to the includes folder you're looking at.
