I see the different routs from my home and work. This may fault on provider router or error in router configuration or my ip blocked by sa-mp web server.

I once read on a website there is like a certain list that there is for websites. They said it was like a BandList or something like that..

It says if you access the same website constintly with 2 different PCs it will sometimes disable you to enter it with one. Are you using 2 computers to access this?

I am banned also. Blah guess I have to use a proxy for now

Is not "range banned" xD , is a error from your isp , your internet provider is not showing all the webpages , also happend some times to me, when an romanian website was on another webhost from usa , and other users of that site saw the site online and i saw it offline xD , sometimes i can acces that site , sometimes i can`t , but problem fixed becouse they changed the webhost with one from Romania , try to wait some days until your isp will update the site database and it suppose to work then , if that dosent work contact them and say that you cant acces some websites.

If you where banned , next to your name was written "Banned" and you should cant acces your account , so you aren`t banned.

i sayed that you should say to your isp (internet provider) that you cant access some websites , and tell them what websites and they should fix this :P

Ok..but its kinda crappy to call my ISP and tell them that i can't connect to Sa-mp Forums xD
