Lanmode no longer exists in 0.3. Additionally, all it ever did was to increase the streaming rate - it didn't change your server's internet accessibility at all.

My recommendation to the original poster is to contact their host and provide details of their problem, can you connect? Can certain friends connect? How are those that unable to connect attempting to connect? etc.
