Little comment :
-As usual, its just a simple FS made by me
-You can use it on your own server or on the game modes you release without giving me any credits for it .
-PM me if you have any ideas for my next releases .
-I will make a tutorial of creating this FS soon too, its really simple.

What does it do ? :
-Its just a simple FS with /seatbelt cmd and onplayerclickplayer function to check if someone is wearing a seatbelt.
-You can use /seatbelt to put your seatbelt on/off.
-You can click on tab and click on some player and you will get a message is that player wearing a seatbelt.

Good job, but you should a simple command to check If a player wears a seatbelt.
Because the one who check needs to find the player in the list, I prefer to do it with a command.
