Okay, this would be the 10000th time I explain this, You cant use an internal IP!
Noone can connect to this server, ever, please, goto www.portforward.com and follow the instructions

Du kanst nicht verbinden mit eine "internal" ip, du musst "portforwarden" , sie muss zu www.portforward.com gehen, and das anweisungen folgen
