bad installation, is blocked by firewall/anti-virus.

Try to run it as administrator

I really have no idea. I'm gonna install it, and then I'll try if I can connect.

[EDIT]
It worked for me, man. I don't know what's wrong.
Please give this information now:

* What server version?
* What client version? (actually, I know this two both... whatever)
* What computer system? (Windows XP, Windows 7, Linux etc...)
* What GTA version?

I have:
SAMP 0.3c RC7 server
SAMP 0.3c RC7 client
Windows 7 Ultimate
GTA SA EU1.0

c-middia:
Try this:
1) Re-install GTA SA
2) ****** for "gta sa nocd v1" and choose the 1st link
3) There is an link called "GTA: San Andreas v1.0 [ALL] No-CD/Fixed EXE". Click on it
4) Your pages will scroll down. Now, at the left up side of the page, there is an blue diskette. Click also on that thing.
5) A screen appears. Click on a mirror
6) Open the .rar file (use 7-zip if you cant open it yet) and place the gta_sa.exe into your GTA SA Directory

That one works better for me. I've ever used the patch. I don't like it, 'cos GTA SA had more bugs then then the copy/paste
