[BUG]SetPlayerAttachedObject

The function SetPlayerAttachedObject reads the parameters wrongly...
The offsetX parameter mixes up with offsetZ(i.e. offsetX is actually offsetZ and vice versa)
I'm not sure whether the rotations are correctly read or not, please check it.

Maybe, that's so strange that why no one found it.
I'm using RC6,which is the latest version.
