Ok well i want to do a command where the person can do /CopCodes and it will tell him the codes..i did this and it just wouldnt compile for me...so if someone wouldnt mind doing it for me or even just giving me a base form that would be great ... Here are the "ten codes" : * 10-0 Caution

I'm guessing you wanted it sort of like trucking servers.
You will need https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/SendPlayerMessageToAll
then make a command for /1, /2, /3 etc etc,

Note: i would also use zcmd if i was you, i used strcmp method incase you dont use any other command processor.
