Any way to find the AddStaticVehicle codes?

C:/program files/gta san andreas/savedpositions.txt (if you did /save in car it should be there)

otherwise: C:/documents/Gta sa userfiles/SAMMP/savedpositions.txt

Otherwise copy them from an other GM (LVDM is best)
