Alright before you all start saying "Use the search n00bz" I have already portforwarded, ive portforwarded without problems for a good 2years, now after my last reformat my laptop wont portforward. I use netgear, i portforwarded on their website, and added exceptions via firewall. I even tried utorrent. But my port still won't open. Any suggestions? I rather not contact my ISP for this.
