So I made this:


But laser pointer moves when i crouch, so i need to change coordinates of laser pointer again, and for each gun.

Is it possible to set facing angle of laser pointer to crosshair?
Or any other ideas...

It is not possible because in gta the weapon simply doesn't aim at your chrosshair.

the bullets will always fly from your gun, to the object where you aim on with your chrosshair. the bullets don't come streight out of the gun, this changes when you move further away from the object you are aiming on.

It's a little weird, and hard to explain, but it's just not possible.

you could ofcourse change the rotation of the laser when you go crouch.. that's probably what you saw.
