OK so I installed TXD workshop and edited the sawnoff icon but failed.I didn't like it so I reinstalled my game and I still have it.So I deleted the GTA SA folder and uninstalled then reinstalled thinking it would correct the problem but it didn't.I ran out of idea's on how to fix this problem.
So if anyone has a solution please post it here

You need to update your SA:MP Client path:
Open SA:MP Client > Click 'Tools' > Click 'Settings' > Change the path (by clicking the folder)

Re-direct it to the same place, just starting back from your drive C:.
This is what I had to do to remove some of the mods I had that didn't uninstall.

Yeah, go ahead and uninstall both GTA SA and SA:MP and re-install. Make sure to delete all remaining files after you un-installed (C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\San Andreas)

Weird, this is the same problem I was having after deleting and re-installing both. However after I changed the path to the SA:MP client it worked again - Try changing the path again, it may fix it now.
