Might I also suggest adding:

SendClientMessage(playerid, 0xFF7F50AA, "You have been given a parachute. Be careful and have fun! ");
GivePlayerWeapon(playerid, 46, 1);

This way the player will also spawn a parachute so they don't die if they fall. haha.
