Well i had installed a "CLEO" called SnowFX or something like that, which can make it snow in SA.. Now i wished just to uninstall it. Then i did so.. Few days later my SA ain't working, for no special reason.. Now i re-installed it around 5 times(i know rofl) then i tried searching stuff on internet.. I tried all i found, and the gta_sa.set thingy, yes that didnt work.. Now SA-MP doesn't work.. GTA SA SinglePlayer doesn't work either

Is what i get when i start SA-MP

When i start SinglePlayer, it just crashes with the gta_sa.exe error.

I have sa-mp 0.3b atm

My videocard: Nvidia Geforce 6800 And i have Windows XP

It have worked before and all.. I've tried to uninstall, remove SA Userfiles then uninstall and re install and all the time do so.. Still i get the stupid error on SA-MP, and on SA i just get the normal crash.. It happens while loading..
If someone can help me, i would be very very very very very very very greatfull..

P.S. I dont have ANY mods now, because i reinstalled everything.
P.S.S. I have had CLEO's before.. And they are deleted and uninstalled.

If you installed it in C:, install it now in D:

Uhm.. I installed on F, then on C then on D and none works.

How did you uninstall the CLEO mod? The only thing necessary would be to delete the .cs file - Anything else is un-needed.

Anyway, where does the game crash (when launching single player)? How far into the progress bar, approximately, does it crash?

I just deleted the whole CLEO folder.. On the other CLEO(snowfx) i simply launched the uninstall.exe

Well.. On SA-MP it loads San Andreas MultiPlayer screen, once then before the second one starts, the window turns small for 1sec, then i come to desktop with the crash..
In SP, it crashes when loading it, somewhere in the middle..

Err.. I had this same problem not long ago, it would crash at 50% through load up and I cannot remember to save my life what I did to fix the problem.

I don't see anywhere you saying you tried running as an administrator or running in Windows XP mode. Try those solutions first (admin first, then XP, then both ( if it still doesn't work after each ) )

GTA SA - Rick Click > Properties > Compatibility > Check 'Run As Administrator' > Ok.

Run sa-mp and gta sa as administrators and problem will fix cuz I hadded thesame error and so I run it as administrator and it worked try if nothing happens pm me

Mods can fuck you up.

You have to totally clean your computer from all GTA SA files. Including the ones in the system register i believe, i'm not to sure about this but i knew a friend had to do something similar.
