If your talking about a Pen1 edit, the house owner must do /lock.

No, Im talking about when a player enter's in a housecar, it should take it out from car if dosen't have rent to that house.

Ok, I'l try a better explenation.
So, let's say that I have a house ( no-one have's rent to the house ) and I have a car. Enyone can enter in the car. I want that only me and who have's rent to my house could take the car, not evryone.
