Hey guys, I saw this avatar of dugi a while ago. I'm wondering how we can do the red, white stripe background in a fast and efficient way. Ideas?

Usually you use a pattern, and add color overlays I think. You can ask blewert (person who made them).

I saw this effect a while ago, you just click on an empty layer with the paint bucket or something else, it fills your whole layer with this effect. I have completely no idea where I've seen that. Probably coincidence on *******.

Do you have photoshop? If you do theres a few tutorials out there for you. Just ****** or ******* 'Star burst effect'.

Its in the base Photoshop. Go to the custom shape tool.
