Hello everyone,i know scripting 70,80% but i need some help

I have a TDM server and i want to update it but i need something that shows player stats under the clock!
Like:

Score:%s[player score] Team:%s [Usa,Europe,etc.]
Rank:%s[Soldier,Lieutnant,etc.] Class:%s [there are lot of classes like Assault,Sniper,etc.]
