Depends on the size of the video and your upload speed and also the distance from the server. So yes, it could be normal.

That depends on:
1. Your internet connection
2. The size of the video
The length does not generally matter, since there are videos of 10 minutes which are 10 MB and videos of 30 seconds which are 2 GB.
