How to make a launcher.exe that can protect the cheat and direct connect to server ??

if u haven't launcher so you can't connect to server

can anybody advise me how to do it ??

He wants to create a program/tool that detects if you use/have cheats for SA-MP before you enter the server.
Read more carefull next time.

Why? no its not impossible. I don't know if you go against the rules if you manage to do it.

But infact you can create a launcher that launches your server. For example you put a password on your server, and the people can only join if they have the launcher because the launcher puts in the password for you. No-one has to know the password. Only the source has it, it would be harder to check for the cheats, but that part is completely possible.

For Example 122.155.16.67:1995 this server you must download launcher from his website if not you can't enter the game and it also detect cheat so you can't use mod sobiet anymore

Then ask the developer, because that wouldn't be easy to make (a very good plugin)
