I really don't know what the best File Saver is so far, can you guys post some ideas other than dini and MYSQL? I haven't tested any others than them, and post which is most efficient please (With the others).

Uh you are not able to use dini with SQL? Use both its fasted no?

I use SQL and dini. Dini as I am told every day is that it is slow as fuck. MYSQL requires programs computer space etc that I don't care about and used before, I just want to use a different file reader/saver that I haven't used before. By the way fwrite things are used in dini.

dini uses it, dini is slow meaning FWRITE FRead etc will be too.
djson and y_ini are fast. Also SII, and also try Double-O-Files. Test them all, and see which one of those suits you. Else go for MySQL
