Hello,
I have a problem.
I have added Drops.amx and Drops.pwn to my filterscripts then the filterscript does not load.
When I login to Rcon and do : /rcon loadfs drops, then It dosent work. it says failed
I have all plugins.

Check your cases and give a try with /rcon loadfs Drops no .amx .

have you put it in server.cfg if not open it and find "Fliterscripts" then after it put "drops"

then save and try run the server again.
