Does anyone know a good vehicle streamer?

Vehicles are streamed by SAMP, for normal use you should not need an extra streamer.
Or do you need it to do anything special?

Like "Mauzen" said, you do not need a vehicle streamer just for any regular vehicle usage. I believe you would only need a vehicle streamer if you run over the max SA-MP limit (which you shouldn't).

Well,I am making a realistic RP server,so I have a lot of factions,gangs and mafia's.And I would like to put cars all around town so i don't think the default samp AddStaticVehicle(Ex) should do the trick but I will try.

You do not need a vehicle streamer. You will never go over the official SA-MP limit, well, because it's unlimited!
