You could make like, when you join a server you can choose join some already existing truck company or make own truck company, and than company owner can /hire /fire drivers, make a competition which company will deliver cargo first etc, just like in RignRoll aka KingOfTheRoad aka Hard truck ( not 18WoS ), buy a new Trucks for company.

I just wished some server like that game what I mention before.


More about, like you load up cargo in one place than drive to other "city" and deliver than look for most optimal cargo in this city to see to which city you would like to deliver.

Also you could make a Mafia, you can pay to mafia and than they attack to oponent or buy cheap Trucks from them.
