i got this weird bug that once ingame i can use my mouse into dialogs but if i use the mouse micture itself doesn't move it's like im moving an invinsible one

If i did get it right.. press esc ig goto settings -> control -> joytick to mouse.
If i didin't get it right then i'm sorry..

Okey. Then you can wait that somebody else post here or you can reinstall gta san andreas..
Because something is wrong whit settings.

Please rephrase your question. I do not understand fully what you are saying. If you are meaning that once your in-game you cannot see your cursor, this is normal. You should only see your cursor when aiming, or when you have the chatbox open (F6 or T).

I DO see it but i can't move the Mouse icon itself the mouse operates normally but that icon just isn't moving
