Overall, the layout looks nice. The only real downside is that everything is HUGE.
The text in the gray box on the left (server load and client feedback) and the Linux duck (it is a duck, is it?) are too big and the main body text is actually too small. Fiddle with the font sizes some more.
The colors of the 'Live Support' block also don't match with the rest of the layout. I'd rather add another tab (make those smaller as well) for the live support in the main navigation, and just display (online) or (offline) behind it. If people need the live support, they'll notice.

Yeah, i noticed, i seem to make all my templates too big, ill fiddle with it (eww) and see what i can do.
