Create the Object
Create a timer for how ever many seconds to destroy the object.

Pretty simple, look at the wiki to find out how to work Timers and OnPlayerKeyStateChange.

Get the vehicles position then create the objects around what the pos is like CreateObject(ObjID,x+1 etc...
