Need A Command Filterscript

I need a command that is far to advanced for me to make because im new to pawno,but if someone could help,it would be great

This is how i want it made

1.A User With A Gernade Can Type /assgernade
2.If User Has Gernade And Is Not Near A Person send message:You Must Be Near A Person To Shove A Gernade Up Someones Ass,(user must be at least 2 ft. away)
3.If User HAs Gernade A Person is near,send message You have shoved a gernade up (the victim id`s) ass,it will detenate in 5 seconds,now run!
4.Then Send The Victim message:You are getting a gernade shoved up your ass and will detenate in 5 seconds.
5.If User Does Not Have A Gernade Send Message:You Don`t Have A Gernade.
6.In 5 Seconds Make An Explosion on the victim that had a gernade shoved up there ass.
7.After The Victim Dies At The Explosion,give the User that gernaded the victim 6 start and send message:you are now wanted with 6 stars for shoving a gernade up someones ass.
