Sometimes when i try to walk to left or right while shooting my character doesnt move when i push the button, I'm talking about when im trying to shoot with Deagle or M4 and that kind of weapons.

Thats because your FPS (frames per second) are higher than 48. It's a GTA problem, not SA-MP.
To solve that, simply put your Frame Limiter ON on the Options or use /fpslimit (value) in SA-MP.

No it's not that, when my FPS is lower then 48 i have it to.

See if it happens on SinglePlayer. If it does, thats FPS problem, I'm sure of it.

I have the same, i just hold my aiming buton and while shooting i use walk butons and when i realease shooting and aiming button it keeps firing and aiming.

Checked out everything my butons are not stucked in. Used 2 PC`s tested it out and the same.

FPS 30 - 40
Tried with 65 - the same .
