libMySQL.dll goes in the same folder where samp-server.exe is. mysql.dll goes into your plugins folder.

Oh ye, that was something weird.

Place the "libmysql.dll" file in your root sa-mp directory, and the 'mysql.dll' file in your plugins directory. I know it sounds a li'l weird ^^

Moving some files here and there is not rocket science. Both MySQL threads explain how to install the plugin on your server and its functions.

Mowst probably the error happens because i used 0.3b server , so isn't compatibile , that's what i think

I'm using the MySQL plugin and it works with 0.3b.

libmysql isnt directly compatible with SAMP. you have to use the sampmysql.dll abstraction layer.
