i realy want to play samp but everytime i double click on samp NOTHING SHOWS UP,i think its bc it needs internet connection or something but the problem is,HELLO!I DO HAVE INTERNET,no servers show up,ping,NOTHING,i really wanna play it,I HAVE THE LATEST VERSION OF samp,i have windows 7 home premium.I just dont know what to do

Sounds like another case of your antivirus stopping it try turning your antivirus off, SAMP is sensitive with antivirus...

Well looks like not, I had the same,
Turn it on, update it. It was also blocking my interenet from time to time! After updating, it all started working again.
