After I installed gta sa, i tried singleplayer, it gave me this error

Last time i played was a few days ago, it worked, but when i tried a day after, it gave me this error message...

And after that I use downgrader and install samp and when i join a server, i get this:

I had this before reinstalling my windows, and i get it again... Thats the error message i get while trying on samp. And i installed samp, it happens on any server
Please if you know anything how to fix, reply!
Ive tried to reinstall, nothing helps.. I dont have any mods installed or anything
just gta, downgrader patch downloaded from san andreast multiplayer site and
samp itself...

While on Samp you can't play single player since it's an online modification..
Sa-mp has nothing to do with Single player..so any actions like..start/load game will crash the game.
