Can someone make a tutorial on how to make a Admin Duty system for Ladmin as it doesn't have one?

Also in the tutorial tell me how to edit the /admins command so at the end it has:

Admin Duty: No
or on duty
Admin Duty: Yes

I tried doing that Admin Code but it requires being rcon admin and I wouldn't want to give the password out..
