this is probably caused by a corrupted mod installed..unistall all the recently added mods or reinstall gta sa and try again..

Pretty much as he said, This isn't no normal problem for anybody or even a problem unless your GTA was modded or edited.

ye problem was after i've instaled gta IV

/edit..i have gta sa on my flash driver and there it is ok..so problem solved thx
