this crashes my server,(if i remove the comented thing) so when admin level loads, it crashes. thats it, help plz :/

Common crash in SA:MP's SQLite is getting null fields (can be resolved by defaulting or filling the fields), I can't see any other errors without seeing what's inside the functions you use.
