ARE 2 SHOOT bug?
2 shot is when you shoot with sawnoff 2 ammo, fast change to uzi and from uzi to sawnoff and again shoot 2 ammo......
Are that bug

If I'm right, it works the same way in GTA: San Andreas singleplayer. By switching weapons, you reload the weapon you switched from, so it's really a GTA: San Andreas exploit/feature.

It's feature, just like leaning forward on bike to gain speed (ofc some people know better and ban for this x_x)

switching guns in some servers in order to have auto-reload can be considered bug-abusing..
