Which ports do I have to forward? I already forwarded port 7777 TCP and UDP. Which others so that someone can join me?

You only need to forward 1 UDP port, SA:MP doesn't use TCP.

Whichever port your server is running on. The server is running and you're not using a firewall on the host computer right? Are you adding the right IP to the samp client?

OK, i just saw i got one person on my server then they went away after about 15 secs.

Ports are forwarded more than enough.

I used my localhost to connect to my Server.

Could you do me a favor and connect to 41.182.16.232 on port 7777 or 1337 and then respond here if it worked?

In the log i saw this:

The server on port 7777 works fine, use the Cat's connection checker.
