Its an interior, that was flying on the sky, with many surroundings that you could easily fall down. I tried my best to give an Restaurant in the City, so roads, houses and such kinds of stuffs added. You can freely add a teleport to this interior easily, wherever you want.

There is no such location for this interior, at least for that I remember. I created roads, buildings, etc to make it a little more stylish. So simply - don't try to search the location in San Andreas, you WOULD NOT be able to find it. @Flyfishes, thanks.
