Hello. I'm Raven's roleplay edit mode. MySQL includes mode. PHP client base for this mod I'm looking for a user control panel. Skin panel that can change players, the characters may look to the statistics. Thank you in advance. My English is bad, soory.

The likely chance of somebody giving out an UCP for a "type of gamemode" is very unlikely, your best chance is to do it yourself.

As Mr187 said, you will not get a 'free' control panel that does everything you want. If you want it then pay someone to make it for you or make it yourself. That is the ONLY way.
