yes i have the same problem but when i have to run the samp-server.exe the ip changed everytime becuase i have dial up and the ip changes everytime also you know when ou buy some slots like from server-ffs does it run all time by itsself?

Please, don't go posting n00bish questions, read a tutorial or look at the wiki.

Anyways, try going into Command Prompt and typing "ipconfig", then look for your IP Address *IPv4 Address* Once you have this, type that into your web browser *Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.*Go to http://portforward.com/english/route...outerindex.htm and try to guide yourself
