Every time I try to run the client it always freezes up and non of the servers will show, the filter bars is to where i can see behind them, and i cant use the toolbar. Can someone please help me out here

Did you try reinstalling sa-mp and gtasa?

If you mean that no servers show up then your ports are most probably blocked. I had the same problem in the UAE, try portforwarding.
