SA-MP gets stuck on the first loading screen.... I cant use Control+Alt+Delete to leave the game, it gets stuck and i have to kill the power on my pc and reboot.

That happens to me sometimes, but i was patient and after 5 mins SA:MP loaded, so you could try waiting.
